Nick Chastine has been coaching at the Youth Club level for over a decade. He has coached at Novi Jaguars Junior Jags for two years, Dearborn Jaguars FC for five years, and managed the Waza FC Developmental program for two years. Chastine also has two years of experience coaching boys and girls JV teams at Crestwood High School.

In addition to his head coaching experience, Chastine has also served as an assistant coach for the Women’s Team at Marygrove College for one season, the Dearborn Stars FC for one season, and the Waza FLO Pro team for four seasons. Chastine’s philosophy is to develop each player that comes under his guidance with great discipline, regardless of their starting skill level.
